Summer in Eindhoven NL.

Had a good day of therapy today. Aqua jogging, ergotherapy, fysio and fitness. Titia is still on holiday so had another substitute in fysio today - a strapping, young red-head named Michel. (If I were still a fourth grader, I'd have been googley-eyed. Glad those days are over.)

Walking was better after fysio. Michel took me through some balance strengthening exercises I'd never done before. Male therapists tend to work us patients harder and sometimes it pays off. But, of course, I learned with going home that anything different helps. Bring on the beach!

The weather was fabulous today though between 10 and 4 it was pretty cool and cloudy. (I was indoors so it didn't matter to me much.) By the time I woke up from my nap after getting back from Blixembosch, the sun was shining fully on my balcony. So, I threw myself off the couch and into a metal chair to soak in the rays.

The sun doesn't set here 'til almost 10pm. Crazy but nice for a while. Still have to wear a jacket on doggie walks.


Nico on the job. A front "garden" located just around the corner from here. He's snagged at least one new project from doing this one. Woohoo.
